What items are returnable? • Full price items within 14 days of receipt of your shipment (Returns must be received by our warehouse within 14 days) • In original condition • Unwashed and Unworn • In the original packaging

What items are non-refundable? • Items discounted 20% off or more are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. • 360 ID tag tampered/removed (learn more about 360 ID tag) • International orders are not eligible for return or exchanges. [ Ineligible returns will not be returned to you. ]

Are there any charges for return? • A restocking fee will be deducted from your refund: $4 per return + $1 per item. There is a restocking fee of $10 per item for special occasion dresses from Nellystella LOVE, Petite Amalie and Tutu Du Monde collections. • Original shipping charges is non-refundable • Customers are responsible for return shipping charges except for damaged items or wrong items sent
